Your Impact
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
Manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, focusing on supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry. Develop concepts for designing new business models or optimizing existing ones, and implement these models on a global scale.
Be actively involved in scoping, planning, and delivering tailored solutions for some of the world's leading companies across diverse industries, with a primary concentration on the Financial Services sector.
Review, understand, and assess global value chains and business models of multinational companies—including flows of products, services, and intellectual property—to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
Advise clients on establishing and defending transfer pricing policies for various types of transactions, including financial transactions, as well as on transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions.
Provide guidance on dispute resolution assignments and assist in negotiating advance rulings.
Engage in business development and enhance our service offerings.

Your Skill Set
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally from a consultancy role, with a focus on supporting clients in the Financial Services industry and/or providing Financial Transactions transfer pricing services.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Prepared to take on leadership responsibilities within a team or in a specific area of expertise.
A keen interest and aptitude for numbers, business contexts, and data analysis, coupled with a curiosity for exploring new solutions to client challenges.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
A result-oriented mindset with a clear focus on long-term objectives, equipped to navigate complex and challenging situations while maintaining flexibility and persistence.
