Trainer / Traineress

Your Missions

As a trainer, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Supervising 8 to 10 beneficiaries in professional integration within the Marketing and Sales departments.
• Ensuring the management and proper functioning of these sectors.
• Developing and leading training sessions in the field.
• Contributing to the development of the institutional communication plan and implementing it.

Your Profile

You have a keen interest in the field of training, especially in the context of professional integration, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You hold a technical qualification in graphic arts, complemented by training in adult supervision (BFFA-M1, MSP, social educator, or an equivalent title).

Your proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is matched by your comfort with photography and videography. You are meticulous, organized, and efficient, handling your responsibilities with professionalism while successfully leading groups in a training environment. Moreover, you have the capacity to manage projects within set deadlines.

You exhibit an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, along with strong computer skills, particularly in Adobe, management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
