About Our Client

Our client is an organization focused on providing socio-professional support to young adults in transition. They offer practical initiatives that promote integration into training and the job market. For one of their integration programs based in the Payerne region, we are seeking a trainer for a 50% permanent position starting in September 2025 (or to be agreed upon).

Your Mission

• Lead workshops focusing on refreshers in French and elementary mathematics.
• Support young people aged 15 to 25 in developing their professional projects.
• Adapt teaching content to meet individual needs.
• Conduct regular assessments on participants' skill acquisition.
• Develop and update educational materials.

Your Profile

• Diploma in adult education (FSEA or equivalent).
• Experience working with young audiences in transition (SeMo, EdT, etc.).
• Demonstrated autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
