Trainer of Apprentices in Mechanical Design

Location: Losone, Switzerland

Your Tasks

• Organize and deliver basic, complementary, and specific training for mechanical design apprentices.
• Conduct Intercompany Courses (CI) for external apprentices.
• Provide initial training within the company for apprentices from external organizations.
• Design and deliver adult training programs upon internal request.

Your Profile

• Certified Mechanical Designer (AFC or equivalent) with solid knowledge of CAD and ISO-GPS/ISO 8015 standards.
• Strong background in pedagogy, youth coaching, and educational communication, along with a business-oriented mindset to connect technical education with real-world industrial requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in 3D printing technologies.
• Completed (or willing to complete) the basic course for in-company apprentice trainers.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to engage effectively with young learners.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
