Your Role

In this role, you will support the Project Director in executing large investment projects in Visp, overseeing the implementation from the design phases to the handover of installations to the users. Your contributions will include establishing, rolling out, and following up on robust project structures—such as organization, decision-making, communication, and documentation flows—following guidelines from project management to enhance team efficiency.

You will also be responsible for specific project tasks, such as:

• Acting as Technical Project Leader for small equipment packages
• Organizing workshops
• Reporting to management

The role is based in Visp, Switzerland.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate internal coordination tasks to alleviate the Project Director’s workload
• Assist in preparing project reports, including KPI charts and information collection
• Develop and maintain Project SharePoint to establish strong administrative processes (communication center for the internal team and external partners, meeting minutes, action lists, etc.)
• Organize internal and external workshops, town halls, and team events (technical and scheduling coordination) while supporting team members in establishing agendas, meeting minutes, and action lists
• Participate in and support regulatory inspections and customer audits
• Coordinate Technical Change Request tasks and activities while considering stakeholder timelines and support the project change process

What We Are Looking For

• Dipl. Ing., M.Sc., or B.Sc. in Project Management, Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field
• Technical knowledge in chemical and/or pharmaceutical engineering is a plus
• Experience in SharePoint or website management
• Experience in a cGMP environment is a plus
• Fluency in English
