18-Month Trainee Program

Are you ready to be at the cutting edge of advanced manufacturing and digital innovation? Join Accelleron’s 18-month Trainee Program and gain valuable experience across Quality & Continuous Improvement, Value Chain Digitalization, and IT. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead impactful projects, and help shape the future of our industry. The program includes three six-month rotations, each offering unique insights and hands-on experience at our headquarters in Baden, Switzerland:

  • First Assignment: Engage with the Quality and Continuous Improvement department within our High-Speed Division. Dive into our turbocharger factory and understand the driving factors behind specific improvement and investment projects.
  • Second Assignment: Join our Manufacturing Technologies and Investments team as a Project Manager, leading selected initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Third Assignment: Work with our IT team in Baden, where you will learn how digitalization and manufacturing projects are integrated into our IT systems, illustrating the synergy between business and IT in delivering innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing, quality, and digitalization activities throughout your rotations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Act as a Project Manager for digitalization initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Assist in implementing projects within our IT system landscape.

Your Background

  • University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, digitalization, and data-driven processes.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-driven personality with a precise and well-structured working style.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an international environment.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
