Join Our Trainee Program

Are you ready to be at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and digital innovation? Accelleron’s 18-month Trainee Program offers you the opportunity to gain experience across Quality & Continuous Improvement, Value Chain Digitalization, and IT. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead impactful projects, and help shape the future of our industry. Throughout the program, you will complete three six-month rotations, each providing unique insights and hands-on experience at our headquarters in Baden, Switzerland:

• First Assignment: Based in the Quality and Continuous Improvement department within our High Speed Division. Dive deep into our turbocharger factory to understand why specific improvement or investment projects are initiated.
• Second Assignment: Join our Manufacturing Technologies and Investments team as a Project Manager, driving selected initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders from various departments.
• Third Assignment: Work with our IT team in Baden, learning how digitalization and manufacturing projects are implemented in our IT systems. Experience firsthand how business and IT collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, quality, and digitalization activities during each rotation.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Act as a Project Manager for digitalization initiatives and coordinate stakeholders.
• Assist with the implementation of projects in our IT system landscape.

Your Background

• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, digitalization, and data-driven processes.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven personality with a precise and well-structured working style.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an international environment.
• First experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
