What Do We Offer?

Our Trading Graduate Program allows you to shape your future and build a successful career with us. Over two exciting years, you will rotate through four departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations while developing vital skills within our trading business units.

  • Rotations: You will explore key trading support functions such as Middle Office, Trading Operations, and Market Analysis.
  • The fourth rotation will be tailored to your capabilities and business needs, potentially including areas like Credit Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Shipping, or Digital Lab.
  • Subject to performance, one of the rotations may take place in a different country (Singapore or Houston), enhancing your intercultural communication skills.

Throughout the program, your assignments will span both T&S (crude oil, oil products including biofuels) and TGP (primarily gas, LNG, and power), offering you a unique multi-energy journey.

Our program is designed to be engaging and intense, featuring a comprehensive training curriculum that includes:

  • A purpose-built integration week
  • On-the-job training and a dedicated training path
  • Regular mentoring sessions with our Senior Talent Developers and Global Graduate Program Lead

Who Do We Look For?

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • You hold a relevant Master’s Degree or equivalent, graduating in 2025 or 2026, in fields such as Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Energy.
  • International experience is advantageous, such as studying abroad, internships, or volunteer work in a country different from your own.
  • Team spirit is vital; standing together is one of our key values.
  • You are performance-driven with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating assertiveness, confidence, and resilience, while also being able to work autonomously.
  • Your innovative mindset aligns with our entrepreneurial and agile culture, complemented by strong communication skills.
  • A keen interest in commodity trading and a willingness to expand your knowledge during this 2-year program are essential.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate uncertainty or rapidly changing situations.
  • You are fluent in English and open to global mobility.

Next Steps

Applications will remain open until mid-April 2026. If selected for Round 1, you will be notified by late April, but no later than May 4th, 2026.

The interview process will involve up to 4 rounds, combining remote and onsite sessions (including HR interviews, discussions with managers and traders, a case study, and assessments with our senior leaders). On June 12th, we will hold an onsite day for the final shortlisted candidates in our Geneva office, so please ensure your availability on that date. Further details will be provided in due course!

Successful candidates will join the program on October 1st, 2026.
