What Do We Offer?

By joining our Trading Graduate Program, you have the opportunity to shape your future. Over the course of two exhilarating years, you will rotate across four departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the various functions crucial to our business.

Your rotations will encompass key trading support functions, including:

  • Middle Office
  • Trading Operations
  • Market Analysis

The fourth rotation will be tailored to individual capabilities and business needs, potentially including areas like:

  • Credit Analysis
  • Quantitative Analysis
  • Shipping
  • Digital Lab

As part of the program, and subject to performance, one rotation may take place in a different country (either Singapore or Houston), enhancing your intercultural communication skills!

The rotations will combine T&S (crude oil, oil products including biofuels) and TGP (mainly gas, LNG, and power) assignments—offering you a unique opportunity to embark on a richly diverse multi-energy journey.

Our program is designed to be engaging and intense. In addition to typical business activities, we provide a comprehensive training program that includes:

  • A purpose-built integration week
  • On-the-job and online training, along with a dedicated training path
  • Regular mentoring sessions with our Senior Talent Developers / Global Graduate Program Lead

Who Do We Look For?

We seek individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • A relevant Master’s Degree or equivalent, such as in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Energy, set to graduate in 2025 or 2026.
  • Some international experience, gained through studying abroad, internships, or volunteering outside of your home country.
  • A spirit of teamwork, as collaboration is one of our core values.
  • A forward-thinking and performance-driven attitude, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, confidence, and resilience.
  • An innovative mindset, embodying agility and entrepreneurship with exceptional communication abilities.
  • A strong interest in commodity trading, demonstrating eagerness to expand your knowledge throughout this 2-year journey.
  • An ability to thrive in changing environments and manage uncertainty or rapidly evolving situations.
  • Fluency in English and global mobility.

What's Next?

Applications are open until mid-April 2026. If you are selected for Round 1, you will be notified by late April, no later than May 4th, 2026.

The interview process will consist of up to four rounds, featuring a mix of remote and onsite sessions, including an HR online interview, discussions with our Managers and Traders (incorporating a case study), and an assessment with senior leaders. The final shortlisted candidates will attend an onsite day at our Geneva office on June 12th, so please ensure your availability on that date. Additional details will be provided in due course!

Successful applicants will commence the program on October 1st, 2026.
