What Do We Offer?

By joining our Trading Graduate Program, you can shape your future and kickstart your career with us. Over the course of two exciting years, you will rotate across four departments, gaining valuable insights into our operations and a broad understanding of our key functions to prepare you for a successful career within our Trading business units.

  • The rotations will take place in essential trading support functions: Middle Office, Trading Operations, and Market Analysis.
  • The fourth rotation will be tailored based on individual strengths and business needs, which may include Credit Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Shipping, Digital Lab, etc.
  • One of the rotations will take place in a different country (Singapore or Houston), allowing you to develop your intercultural communication skills.

The four rotations will encompass a blend of T&S (crude oil, oil products including biofuels) and TGP (primarily gas, LNG, and power) assignments. This is truly a unique opportunity to experience a rewarding journey across multiple energy sectors!

Our program is designed to be engaging and intensive. In addition to regular business activities, we offer a comprehensive training program that includes:

  • A purpose-built integration week
  • On-the-job training as well as online courses, along with a dedicated training path
  • Regular mentoring sessions with our Senior Talent Developers and Global Graduate Program Lead

Who Do We Look For?

  • You hold a relevant Master’s Degree or equivalent from 2025 or 2026, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Energy.
  • You possess some international experience, such as studying abroad, interning, or volunteering in a country different from your original home.
  • Demonstrating a good team spirit is essential as standing together is one of our core values.
  • You are forward-thinking, performance-driven, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with a balance of assertiveness, confidence, and resilience, along with the capability to operate autonomously.

Next Steps

Applications will be open until mid-April 2026. Only applications matching the job profile will be considered. If selected for Round 1, you will be notified by late April or no later than May 4th, 2026.

The interview process may involve up to 4 rounds, including both remote and onsite sessions (HR online interview, meetings with our Managers and Traders, a case study, and an assessment with senior leaders). An onsite day for the final shortlisted candidates is scheduled for June 12th in our Geneva office. Please ensure your availability on this date, as more details will be provided in due time!
