Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates to learn all aspects of automated trading.
  • Develop expertise in market microstructure, tick data, and automated trading systems.
  • Create and maintain trading quantitative model tools and analytics.
  • Design, code, maintain, and support production-quality automated trading strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve results.
  • A passion for mathematics and software as applied to markets and trading.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computing, mathematics, probability, statistics, and finance. Candidates without a graduate-level math background will not be considered.
  • Programming proficiency in languages such as C++, C#, Python, and R. Experience with Linux scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS or PhD in a technical field, or relevant industry experience.
