Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates to assist in mastering all facets of automated trading.
  • Develop expertise in market microstructure, tick data, and automated trading systems.
  • Build and maintain trading quantitative model tools and analytics.
  • Develop, code, maintain, and support production-quality automated trading strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to completing tasks effectively.
  • Passion for mathematics and software application in markets and trading.
  • Comprehensive understanding of computing, mathematics, probability, statistics, and finance. Candidates without a graduate-level math background will not be considered.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, and R; Linux scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a technical field, or relevant industry experience.
