As a Trading Associate, you'll collaborate with teammates to identify inefficiencies and manage risks within the world's financial markets. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates to learn and assist with all aspects of automated trading.
  • Develop expertise in market microstructure, tick data, and automated trading systems.
  • Build and maintain quantitative trading model tools and analytics.
  • Develop, code, maintain, and support production-quality automated trading strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to achieve results.
  • A passion for mathematics and software applied to markets and trading.
  • Solid understanding of computing, math, probability, statistics, and finance; candidates lacking a graduate-level math background will not be considered.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, and R; experience with Linux scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Master's or PhD in a technical field, or relevant industry experience.
