About Our Clinic

Our Basel Veterinary Clinic in Münchenstein serves as an emergency and referral center in northwestern Switzerland, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostics and a full range of medical services. Each day, we tackle challenging and intriguing cases utilizing modern diagnostic tools, including CT scans, endoscopy (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, and bronchoscopy), multiple ultrasound machines, an advanced laboratory, and a dedicated ambulance for emergencies. Our team consists of passionate specialists (Diplomates) in various fields, and we prioritize the continuous education and training of our staff.

Your Tasks

We are seeking reinforcement for our highly motivated veterinary nurse teams in emergency, internal medicine, and neurology. Would you like to specialize in one of these areas? You will leverage your knowledge, experience, and personality in an engaging and varied work environment, providing invaluable support to our veterinarians during consultation hours and throughout the pre-, intra-, and post-operative processes.

  • Create a warm atmosphere for clients at the reception and over the phone
  • Deliver loving care to our patients, showcasing your passion for the profession
  • Provide competent information to pet owners as a trusted contact person

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a veterinary nurse or veterinary technician
  • Work experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Self-confident, friendly, and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Hands-on personality with the ability to maintain composure in hectic situations
  • Effective teamwork skills and the ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of responsibility
