Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team, focused on providing exceptional service to our Japanese clients in the tourism sector. The successful candidate will have experience in handling reservations, as well as a strong communication skill set to work effectively with Japanese travel agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Japanese travel agents to facilitate bookings and inquiries.
• Manage reservations and provide accurate quotations for tours.
• Assist Japanese clients with information at the help desk and over the phone.
• Provide emergency services to Japanese clients, including hospital visits and lost baggage claims.

Requirements

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 12 months of experience in the tourism industry.
