Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and support our Japanese clientele in the tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for various customer service functions that enhance the experience of our Japanese clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Japanese travel agents.
• Handle reservations and manage quotations for tours.
• Provide assistance and information to Japanese clients at the help desk and via telephone.
• Offer emergency services for Japanese clients, such as hospital visits and support with lost baggage claims.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in the tourism sector.
