Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and supervision of external partners on site.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, calibration instructions, process maps, and technical templates (Process Parameter Sheets, Machine Setup, etc.).
  • Prepare work instructions and maintain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Dossiers, TTE (Tool and Test Equipment equivalency documents according to ARINC 668 standard), and GEM (Ground Equipment Manuals).
  • Manage the SAP equipment database (ZITOOL).
  • Introduce new technologies, focusing on automation.
  • Collaborate on various projects and implement LEAN methodologies through 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Design and modify equipment that is not commercially off-the-shelf (COTS).
  • Promote research & development for supported processes.
  • Ensure cost reduction in supported processes through automation and other efficiency improvements.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, aviation, or a related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar industrial environment.
  • Desired MRO and/or engine knowledge.
  • Experience in CAD design and drawing, preferably with Fusion 360.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
  • An open-minded, dedicated team player.
  • Heightened awareness of safety, quality, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
  • Proficiency in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2).
