Your Responsibilities
- Provide administration and supervision of external partners on site.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, calibration instructions, process maps, and technical templates (Process Parameter Sheets, Machine Setup, etc.).
- Prepare work instructions and maintain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Dossiers, TTE (Tool and Test Equipment equivalency documents according to ARINC 668 standard), and GEM (Ground Equipment Manuals).
- Manage the SAP equipment database (ZITOOL).
- Introduce new technologies, focusing on automation.
- Collaborate on various projects and implement LEAN methodologies through 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Design and modify equipment that is not commercially off-the-shelf (COTS).
- Promote research & development for supported processes.
- Ensure cost reduction in supported processes through automation and other efficiency improvements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, aviation, or a related field.
- Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar industrial environment.
- Desired MRO and/or engine knowledge.
- Experience in CAD design and drawing, preferably with Fusion 360.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
- An open-minded, dedicated team player.
- Heightened awareness of safety, quality, and cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
- Proficiency in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2).
