Your Responsibilities
- Provide administration and supervision of external partners on site.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Technical Specifications
- Calibration Instructions
- Process Maps
- Technical Templates (Process Parameter Sheets, Machine Setup, etc.)
- Work Instructions
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Dossiers
- TTE (Tool and Test Equipment equivalency documentation according to ARINC 668 standard)
- GEM (Ground Equipment Manuals)
- SAP Equipment Database (ZITOOL)
- Introduce new technologies, particularly automation.
- Collaborate on various projects.
- Implement LEAN practices by executing 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Design and modify non-COTS (commercial off the shelf) equipment.
- Promote research and development for supported processes.
- Assure cost reductions in supported processes through automation and other efficiency improvements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, aviation, or equivalent.
- Working experience in the aerospace industry or an equivalent industrial environment.
- MRO and/or Engine knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in CAD design and component drawing, preferably with Fusion 360.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Independent, precise, and responsible approach to work.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
- Fluent in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2).
