Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and supervision of external partners on site.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
    • Technical Specifications
    • Calibration Instructions
    • Process Maps
    • Technical Templates (Process Parameter Sheets, Machine Setup, etc.)
    • Work Instructions
    • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Dossiers
    • TTE (Tool and Test Equipment equivalency documentation according to ARINC 668 standard)
    • GEM (Ground Equipment Manuals)
    • SAP Equipment Database (ZITOOL)
  • Introduce new technologies, particularly automation.
  • Collaborate on various projects.
  • Implement LEAN practices by executing 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Design and modify non-COTS (commercial off the shelf) equipment.
  • Promote research and development for supported processes.
  • Assure cost reductions in supported processes through automation and other efficiency improvements.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, aviation, or equivalent.
  • Working experience in the aerospace industry or an equivalent industrial environment.
  • MRO and/or Engine knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience in CAD design and component drawing, preferably with Fusion 360.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible approach to work.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player.
  • High awareness of safety, quality, and cost.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
  • Fluent in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2).
