Job Description

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Wood Framing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding client needs to ensure satisfaction and quality in all projects.
• Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Supervising and coordinating all stakeholders, including work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Utilizing Cadwork for project design and modeling.

We Expect

You should possess an ES diploma as a Wood Construction Technician or Carpenter Foreman, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is required, allowing you to handle stress and work efficiently under pressure. Essential qualities for success in this role include autonomy, rigor, and leadership, which will enable you to manage projects proactively and make informed decisions.
