Position Overview
We are seeking a Ticketing & Hospitality Executive on a fixed-term contract through June 2027. The Partner Rights Management team oversees all onsite contractual partner rights, guest programs, and activations including hospitality, LED artwork, and onsite partner branding. In collaboration with UEFA and our partners, we develop operational procedures and collect onsite information that facilitates effective planning for seasons and finals.
Your Responsibilities
- Hospitality Program Implementation:
- Work alongside UEFA’s commercial partners and their agencies to ensure hospitality programs adhere to the highest standards.
- Coordinate the implementation of hospitality procedures and concepts.
- Provide onsite support for the UEFA Hospitality team during the UEFA Europa League Final.
- Ticketing Coordination:
- Deliver ticket allocations to UEFA’s commercial partners.
- Offer match night operations support, including reports and feedback.
- Process ticket invoicing and specific ticket holder requirements.
- Create briefing documents, tutorials, and presentations relevant to ticketing tools and processes.
- Collaboration:
- Maintain daily communication with the UEFA Ticketing and Hospitality team to ensure information is accurate and well-presented.
- Work closely within the Partner Rights Management team and other departments to enhance the overall hospitality and ticketing experience.

Location and Application
This position will be based at TEAM’s headquarters in Lucerne, Switzerland, and may involve some international travel.
