Assemble, set up, and commission piston compressors on the test bench.
Conduct functional tests, trial runs, and customer acceptance procedures.
Perform leakage tests and technical measurements.
Analyze and evaluate test and measurement results.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults independently.
Dismantle, preserve, and prepare compressors for shipping.
Participate in technical improvement projects and optimize testing processes.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Requirements Profile
My Profile
Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ, construction machinery mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, or equivalent technical training.
Experience in the assembly, testing, or commissioning of larger machines and systems.
Proficiency in handling overhead cranes.
Previous experience in compressor or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
Good physical fitness and freedom from vertigo.
Very good German language skills at the C1 level.
A diligent, precise, and quality-conscious working style.
