Job Title: Test Manager
The Test Manager is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and managing all testing activities within the programme. This role ensures the quality of end-to-end business processes across multiple Business Units and application system interfaces, holding accountability for ensuring testing readiness for a successful go-live.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall test strategy, including testing processes, governance, and quality standards.
- Plan and manage the complete testing lifecycle, encompassing SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, and Smoke Testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional end-to-end testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, resource planning, and test environment coordination.
- Manage the defect management process, including prioritization, tracking, and coordination of defect resolution.
- Prepare test status reports, KPIs, risk assessments, and provide input to Go/No-Go decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Business, Product Management, Development, QA, and other internal and external stakeholders.
