To support this digital transformation, we are seeking talented and experienced engineers to play a vital role in shaping intelligent and innovative solutions within this meaningful industry. Currently, we are looking for a Test Engineer who will ensure that our products undergo comprehensive testing before being delivered to our customers.

Position: QA Automation Consultant (m/f)

Workload: 80-100%
Start: Immediately or by appointment

Main Tasks

  • Plan, design, develop, and execute automated test scenarios, focusing on API level, Web GUI, and/or end-to-end automation as needed.
  • Identify automated test cases based on the risks associated with specific functionalities.
  • Ensure automation covers both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Build regression test suites that are integrated into the continuous integration and build process.
  • Identify and automate critical performance and security tests.
  • Work collaboratively with requirements engineers and business analysts to pinpoint the most beneficial test cases.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and test automation.
  • Proficient in testing Java and Web (Angular, REST, SOAP) applications.
  • Strong and proven test automation skills.
  • Affinity for code design, with familiarity in key architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, and Rest Assured.
  • Deep expertise with digital frameworks like Selenium (Web UI), Rest Assured (API), and SQL (Database).
  • Hands-on experience delivering automation with a focus on continuous integration and continuous deployment (Git, Bamboo).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, and X-Ray for Test Management.
  • High code quality and excellent documentation skills.
  • An understanding of security concepts is a plus.
  • Self-driven and self-organized.
  • Analytical mindset with a quick comprehension.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
