We handle accident reports from German-speaking Switzerland, covering everything from benefit assessments and daily allowance payments to evaluating recurrences and rejections.

As a member of our diverse and motivated team, you will play an essential role in improving the lives of our insured clients after an accident. This temporary position lasts for six months and provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your experience in the accident sector.

What You Will Do:

• Examine, assess, and process claims in the area of accident insurance (UVG), including evaluations of temporary work incapacity and ongoing treatment diagnostics.
• Organize the payment of daily allowances and medical expenses.
• Respond to inquiries related to accident insurance while maintaining communication with insured clients and employers.
• Coordinate the individual process steps to ensure smooth claims handling.
• Verify coverage, claims history, and other details for benefit cases.

• Commercial experience and proven expertise in claims processing within the accident insurance (UVG) sector.
• Strong initiative, drive, and openness to new challenges.
• Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience in stressful situations.
• Technological proficiency and enthusiasm for using modern tools.
• Excellent German language skills, with a strong ability to communicate and a high level of customer orientation.

• Hybrid working: up to 40%
