Job Title: Sales Associate

The Sales Associate (SA) reports directly to the Store Manager (SM), Deputy Store Manager (DSM), or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) for all operational activities. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the SA ensures that customers' needs are consistently exceeded. They play a vital role in achieving store goals, productivity, and service by utilizing their selling skills and service training.

Sales Management - Boost Sales Performance

  • Contributes to achieving sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients and creating excitement around the product.
  • Supports customer service by delivering detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Engages with customers to assist and ensure satisfaction by building their confidence, proactively offering suggestions, and sharing product knowledge.

Setting the Scene for the Brand

  • Possesses a strong understanding of the brand, its values, and their influence on customer experience.
  • Maintains an orderly and welcoming sales floor at all times.
  • Assists with visual merchandising implementation, ensuring a visually appealing environment.

Leading & Organizing the Store

  • Assists with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
  • Handles repairs, such as changing straps and batteries.
  • Manages cash register operations and settlements.
  • Understands store systems to effectively handle transactions, inventory, and daily business needs.
  • Balances time efficiently between customer service and operational duties.

Professional Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably with fast-moving goods or in the watch industry.
  • Skills (mandatory):
    • Effective communication with customers, team members, and management;
    • Good interpersonal skills;
    • Strong sales and negotiation abilities;
    • Capability to understand and present technical details;
    • Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
  • Personal Attributes: High energy and enthusiasm; positive and innovative; motivated by a continuous improvement mindset; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
