Sales Associate Position Overview
The Sales Associate (SA) reports directly to the Store Manager (SM), Deputy Store Manager (DSM), or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) for all operational activities. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the SA is committed to exceeding customer expectations consistently. This role is crucial to achieving store objectives, enhancing productivity, and delivering excellent service through effective selling skills and service training.
Sales Management - Boost Sales
- Sales & Performance: Contributes to achieving sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients and creating excitement around the product.
- Customer-Centric Excellence: Supports customer service initiatives by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Customer Interaction: Engages with customers to assist and ensure satisfaction, building confidence, and proactively offering suggestions while sharing product knowledge.
Setting the Scene for the Brand
- Brand Knowledge: Demonstrates a solid understanding of the brand and its values, influencing the overall customer experience.
- Product Presentation: Maintains an orderly and inviting sales floor while assisting with visual merchandising to ensure it remains visually appealing.
Leading & Organizing the Store
- Operational Excellence: Assists with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock, handling repairs, and operating the cash register.
- Tech Savvy & System Proficiency: Possesses a solid understanding of store systems for managing transactions, inventory, and daily operations.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Balances time efficiently between customer service and operational tasks.

Professional Requirements
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in fast-moving goods/products or the watch industry.
- Skills (Mandatory): Effective communication skills with customers and team members; strong interpersonal skills; proven sales and negotiation abilities; capacity to understand and present technical details; proficient in using POS (Points of Sales) systems.
- Personal Attributes: High energy and enthusiasm; positive and innovative mindset; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
