Sales Associate Position
The Sales Associate (SA) reports directly to the Store Manager (SM), Deputy Store Manager (DSM), or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) for all operational activities. As a Brand Ambassador, the SA consistently strives to exceed customer expectations. This role is crucial in achieving store goals and enhancing productivity and service through effective selling skills and training.
Sales Management - Boost Sales
- Sales & Performance: Contributes to achieving sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients, fostering excitement and desire around the product.
- Customer-Centric Excellence: Supports customer service initiatives by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Customer Interaction: Engages with customers to assist them, ensuring satisfaction by building confidence, proactively offering suggestions, and sharing product knowledge.
Setting the Scene for the Brand
- Brand Knowledge: Possesses a thorough understanding of the brand, its values, and their influence on customer experience.
- Product Presentation: Maintains an orderly and inviting sales floor, supporting visual merchandising efforts, and ensuring a consistently appealing presentation.
Leading & Organizing the Store
- Operational Excellence: Assists with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock, repairs, and handling cash register operations.
- Tech Savvy & System Proficiency: Understands store systems for handling transactions, inventory, and daily operations effectively.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Balances customer service with operational responsibilities efficiently.

Professional Requirements
- Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales, preferably in fast-moving goods/products or the watch industry.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to understand and present technical details clearly.
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and processing transactions.
