Position: Temenos Transact-T24 Business Analyst in Private Wealth

Focus: Knowledge of Hedge Funds & Private Equity

We are seeking candidates with a robust background in IT business analysis and system engineering, particularly within the Core Banking domain, and expertise in Private Banking. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience managing:

  • Credit Products (e.g., Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees)
  • Derivatives (e.g., Options, Structured Products)
  • Securities (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Funds)

Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of the products offered in Private Banking, with exposure to Temenos Transact-T24 modules, including:

  • AA – Arrangement Architecture
  • MD - Guarantees
  • SC - Securities
  • DX - Derivatives
  • SY – Structured Products

Experience in driving Process Life Cycle Workshops (PLWs) and advising on new processes for applications is preferred, along with implementation experience. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is highly desirable.

Your role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within the core banking domain and its interacting applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting requirements and creating functional specifications, including data mapping, migration, reporting, and user guides.
  • Proposing innovative and scalable solutions while minimizing operational and delivery risks.
  • Leading and coordinating requirement analysis, system enhancements, and solution design for core banking projects.
  • Acting as a liaison between business users, internal teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, including project management, development, testing, migration, user training, and production releases.
  • Managing stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and conducting impact analysis.
  • Diligently documenting change logs, providing project status updates, and escalating issues to project leads.
  • Supporting the end-to-end implementation of system changes to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Ensuring that system solutions align with business needs and adhere to regulatory requirements.
