Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional for the position of Temenos Transact-T24 Business Analyst in Private Wealth, with a strong understanding of Hedge Funds and Private Equity.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT business analysis, system engineering, and support, focusing on Core Banking, particularly within the Private Banking domain.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience handling Credit Products (e.g., Mortgages, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees).
  • Proficient in Derivatives (e.g., Options, Structured Products) and Securities (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Funds).
  • Solid understanding of products offered in Private Banking with exposure to Temenos Transact-T24 modules (AA – Arrangement Architecture, MD - Guarantees, SC - Securities, DX - Derivatives, SY – Structured Products, etc.).
  • Experience in driving Project Lifecycle Workshops (PLWs) and advising on new processes for applications, ideally with implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and KANBAN.

  • Act as a liaison between business users, internal teams, and vendors on project management, development, testing, migration, user training, and production releases.
  • Experience in stakeholder management to ensure clarity on requirements and impact analysis.
  • Diligently document change logs, provide project status updates, and escalate issues to project leads.
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Ensure that systems align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
