We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales department at DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf. In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse customer portfolio and play a key part in driving our business forward.
Your Tasks:
- Manage a customer portfolio of approximately 500 SME companies, with a sales responsibility of around 2 million.
- Utilize various communication tools, such as telephone, virtual meetings, and video messages, to engage with customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow your portfolio and attract new customers.
- Adopt a proactive consulting approach to identify customer needs and promote our services effectively.
- Acquire and retain new customers based on leads provided by our Lead Qualification department.
- Ensure compliance with our tariff and volume policies.
- Foster collaboration with our Field Sales Channel to identify greater potential within your portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales (whether during training or full-time employment).
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a keen sense of quality.
- Highly organized, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- A collaborative team player within an international environment.
- Interest and understanding of the logistics and transportation sector.
- Comfortable utilizing virtual communication tools (such as Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom).
