Job Description
- Welcome and advise customers in-store.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Achieve sales by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Provide basic technical support to customers to resolve product and service-related issues.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Answer customer questions regarding rates, contracts, and promotions.
We Expect
- Bilingual in French/German at a minimum C1 level.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
