Technology and Operations Strategy Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Lead technology and industrialization projects, from feasibility studies to successful ramp-ups.
- Analyze technology competencies and gaps while driving scouting and benchmarking initiatives.
- Develop and evaluate new production technologies and pilot projects.
- Support smart manufacturing and digitalization initiatives, including data analytics and Power BI reporting.
- Drive global footprint and operations network projects, such as production, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Define make-or-buy strategies and value stream configurations.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of datasets across functions to inform strategic decisions.
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in manufacturing technology and/or operations strategy in a global context.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a hands-on mindset.
- Proven expertise in digital tools, such as Power BI, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).
