Your Mission
- Technical Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents, including user manuals, maintenance guides, operational procedures, and system specifications for unmanned helicopter systems, supplemented with CAD-generated detailed views.
- Document Review and Editing: Conduct thorough reviews and edits of technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure documentation aligns with system capabilities and requirements.
- Documentation Management: Organize and maintain a structured repository of technical documents, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all technical documentation meets relevant regulatory and industry standards, including aviation regulations.
- Training and Support Materials: Create training materials and assist in developing training programs for internal teams and end-users, focusing on operational and maintenance procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in technical writing and documentation management, recommending improvements to enhance processes and efficiency.
Competencies & Duties
- Work independently and responsibly, performing tasks as described above.
- Adhere to ANAVIA's employment contract, safety instructions, quality manual, work instructions, and process specifications.
- International travel may be required, accounting for up to 25% of working hours.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field; certifications in technical writing or documentation management are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical writing or documentation engineering, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry. Experience in the manned aviation industry is desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Communication: Strong communication and social skills, coupled with excellent analytical and technical understanding.
- Language: Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required; German is a plus.
- Passport: Swiss or EU Nationals only.
- Location: On-site in Näfels | Bilten, Switzerland.
- Eligibility: Swiss or EU citizens only.
