Job Description
As a Technical Writer, you are the connecting interface between engineering, the team, and our customers. You bring experience in technical documentation, feel at home in a high-tech environment, and enjoy working across functions. With us, you will be the central point of contact for clear, structured, and practical documentation—connecting both people and technology.
What You Will Be Doing
- Create documentation: Develop and maintain operating, maintenance, and software manuals in close collaboration with engineering, service, and quality.
- Connect information: Work across departments, proactively gather information, and build a strong internal network.
- Use and improve tools: Confidently work with existing authoring and graphic tools while remaining open to new solutions and improvements.
- Manage external partners: Coordinate documentation and translation services, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Support the team: Assist colleagues with documentation topics and help improve guidelines, templates, and processes.
What You Should Bring
- Experience: Several years of experience in technical documentation within an industrial environment.
- Education: A qualification as a technical writer alongside a technical education or engineering degree.
- Tool affinity: Comfortable working with documentation tools and eager to learn new ones.
- Work style: A structured approach, working independently and obtaining the necessary information.
- Team mindset: Enjoy supporting others, sharing knowledge, and working collaboratively.
