How You Can Make a Difference
- Possess expert knowledge in Technical Writing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive end-user documentation such as Operator's Manuals, Instructions for Use, Quick Guides/Reference Cards, User Guides, Application Notes, and more.
- Support various documentation projects.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all standards and requirements.
- Perform basic graphic editing to enhance documentation artwork.
- Provide documentation services (editing, creating FSNs, English review, etc.) as needed for other projects.
What You Bring Along
- Experience in developing documentation for end-user audiences, quickly learning complex procedures and concepts as well as understanding functional engineering specifications.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to determine appropriate presentation methods for documentation.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive work attitude.
- Good time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight schedules.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; adept at managing project issues directly with team members.
- Experience with FrameMaker, InDesign, Acrobat, and XML-based content management systems, particularly the Quanos ST4 CMS; strong computer skills.
- Native-level English proficiency required; familiarity with US English; ability to speak German or willingness to learn is a plus.
- Background in sciences and/or high tech is preferred.
- Good graphic visualization skills are advantageous as we work closely with graphic illustrators.
