What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support or service roles within the medical device industry, showcasing success in positions such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer
  • Established technical proficiency in electronics, electromechanical systems, and/or biomedical engineering
  • Extensive experience in coordinating and executing technical support projects, including product improvement initiatives, new product launches, and technical training programs, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Ability to read and interpret device diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation equipment
  • Familiarity with post-market surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CAPA processes
