What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a strong affinity for technology and processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or technical service organization within the medical device industry, demonstrating success in a role such as Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer.
  • Recognized technical expertise in electronics, electromechanical systems, and/or biomedical engineering.
  • Solid experience coordinating and executing technical support projects, including product improvement initiatives, new product launches, and lifecycle development projects, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting device diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical ventilation devices.
  • Background in post-market surveillance and health hazard evaluation processes, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
