Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Supply Engineer for Service Parts (m/f/d) within our strategic supply chain organization. This role reports to the Global Category Manager for Components, based in Baden, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively establish a robust value chain in collaboration with the service organization and Category Management, including reviewing technical documents, clarifying and aligning quality requirements, supporting selected suppliers, placing RFQs, and preparing supplier selection decisions while keeping internal customers informed.
  • Manage short-term orders through the entire re-launch phase until parts are available for customer service.
  • Assist Category Management in relocation and supplier consolidation initiatives.
  • Support Category Management in the RFI/RFQ process.
  • Conduct master data analysis and maintenance.

Your Background

  • Completed vocational training as a production or design engineer, with further education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics at the university of applied sciences level being a valuable asset.
  • High degree of flexibility, customer focus, persistence, and strong communication skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Solid technical and/or production background.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
