Job Description

Versatile technical expertise: You will independently carry out maintenance and repair work on building technical systems as well as the entire building infrastructure, ensuring their smooth operation.

Effective fault analysis: You will quickly and reliably identify and resolve disturbances in the technical infrastructure facilities, focusing on sustainable solutions to avoid recurring issues.

Coordination and optimization: You will manage collaboration with external service providers, coordinate maintenance measures, and ensure efficient implementation, timeliness, and the highest quality standards.

Promotion of sustainability: You will actively contribute to the implementation of the sustainability strategy, particularly in areas of energy efficiency and environmentally conscious resource use.

Project management with foresight: You will lead and take responsibility for medium- to long-term maintenance and remodeling projects in the field of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring timely completion to the highest quality standards.

Flexibility and readiness: You will participate in on-call services to ensure smooth operations outside of regular working hours and respond quickly in emergencies.
