Technical Sales Representative

The Technical Sales Representative will play a pivotal role alongside the regional sales representative in pre-sales activities. This position is focused on influencing customers toward NES solutions and responding to regional RFPs. The representative will also manage multiple primary and secondary existing regional accounts, addressing technical queries, feature requests, and completing technical requirements for Purchase Orders.

Training Management

The individual will be responsible for developing and presenting training courses for NES partners and direct customers, ensuring they are well-versed in the usage of NES AMI systems and products.

  • Lead technical workshops, demos, training sessions, and provide support for both internal and external customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to develop and enhance NES products according to customer needs.
  • Establish strong customer relations, guiding clients towards NES solutions through consultative engagement and a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Contribute to partner and account strategy development alongside the sales representatives.
  • Provide technical analysis, review, and create responses for RFPs/RFQs.
  • Manage the technical configuration of customer orders and coordinate with operations.

Training Manager

  • Develop and deliver training courses for NES standard products.
  • Manage all logistics (venue, accommodation, catering, training aids) related to the delivery of training courses for customers and internally for NES teams.
  • Create training proposals for the sales team and as input for bids, when required.
  • Collect training course feedback and demonstrate a plan for improving courses based on this feedback.
  • Provide any product feedback received during training sessions to the relevant teams within NES.
  • Extend training courses in alignment with the planned release of new products.
  • Deliver quarterly onboarding training for new employees, focusing on current NES standard products.
