We are a successful and innovative family business with around 100 employees. We are seeking a motivated Sales Technician (m/f/d) in Aarau to strengthen our Service Center team, with a work commitment of 80% to 100%.

Job Description

• Provide competent and solution-oriented customer advice at the counter in the Service Center.
• Independently pick and perform outgoing goods, ensuring high delivery quality through double-checking.
• Create workshop orders and support the sales office in processing pick-up orders.
• Assist in complaint management and the processing of returns and warranty cases according to internal processes.
• Maintain order and organization in the sales areas to promote a professional appearance.
• Take on additional tasks in the team during periods of low customer frequency to support adjacent areas.
• Willingness to manually assemble hydraulic hoses as needed.

We Expect

• Completed technical, commercial, or retail basic training (EFZ), ideally with professional experience in spare parts sales or within a technical environment (machinery, automotive, agriculture, or construction machinery industry).
• A genuine enjoyment of customer interaction, coupled with a convincing appearance and pronounced negotiation skills.
• Process-oriented thinking along with strong administrative skills and IT proficiency.
• An independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a positive mindset.
• A resilient and flexible working style in a dynamic environment.
• Very good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
