Specific Requirements

• Technical education or relevant practical experience in a marine environment is a plus.
• Good administrative skills and familiarity with specialized software, as well as Office 365 solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travel is expected.
• Strong command of English and German; knowledge of Dutch and French is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth operation of daily technical tasks across the fleet.
• Ensure all vessels are well maintained, safe, and sustainable in line with company standards and budget.
• Ensure repairs are conducted quickly with minimal disruption to cruise operations.
• Manage technical stores and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in sustainability and technical maintenance in close collaboration with the Director of Technical Maintenance and Repairs.
• Work closely with hotel, nautical, finance, and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable technical standards and regulations.
• Communicate technical failures impacting operations, guest experiences, or safety promptly to relevant executive leaders.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to internal and external partners.
• Promote company values and goals through effective communication of our mission, vision, and expectations.
• Travel regularly to vessels as required.
