Your challenge

Your main responsibility will be to connect talented specialists in the field of technical permanent placement with suitable companies in Eastern Switzerland from the retail sector. In order to successfully master this task, you will receive comprehensive training lasting several months as well as administrative support.

In order to ensure first-class customer and candidate service at Adecco, your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

  • You write appealing and informative job advertisements and publish them at the optimal time and in the right place
  • You actively use social media platforms and other channels to approach talented candidates and expand your professional network
  • After applications from candidates have been received, you carefully review and evaluate them. You take into account the requirements of the respective job description as well as the skills and experience of the applicants.
  • You conduct needs-based and specific interviews with the candidates to check their skills, experience, and suitability for the advertised position.
  • You are responsible for clarifying needs and acquiring new customers in the area of permanent placement. Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • You keep yourself up-to-date with the current developments in the market in the St. Gallen region.

Your competence

Thanks to your technical training and further training in HR, business administration, or sales, you already have important qualifications for this position. Additional skills:
