Tasks

- Responsible for the purchase and timely delivery of cabin spare parts under optimal commercial conditions.
- Issuing Purchase and Repair orders in the ERP System.
- Monitoring orders and maintaining data quality in the ERP System.
- Managing all aircraft cabin part repairs and ensuring optimal turnaround time.
- Ensuring economical stock levels are replenished according to requirements from Inventory Planning.
- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best economic conditions.
- Participating in and representing operational purchasing in Cabin projects.
- Ensuring continuous communication of order status to various stakeholders.
- Maintaining supplier relationship management for defined suppliers.
- Identifying improvement initiatives in the area of the supply chain.

Requirements
- Successful apprenticeship in a commercial area ("KV") or technical apprenticeship with commercial training ("Technischer Kaufmann", "Eidg. Einkaufsfachmann" or "CIPS") as an advantage.
- 3-5 years of working experience in purchasing (experience in the civil aviation industry is beneficial).
- Additional training in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics.
- Very good English language skills; German is an advantage.
- Team-oriented and effective in collaborating with others.
- Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate difficult and challenging situations.
