Your Responsibilities:

  • Define the overall scope of maintenance activities for gas turbines, generators, steam turbines, and their auxiliary systems.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
  • Involve and coordinate specialists and engineering resources based on project needs.
  • Actively contribute to the resolution of various fleet and site-specific technical issues.
  • Provide technical support during inspection execution.
  • Ensure the completeness and correctness of delivered technical documentation.
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical support processes.
  • Support the improvement of the Service Engineering and Product Management team's processes.
  • Contribute to achieving EHS targets.

Your Profile:

  • A university degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of combined cycle power plants.
  • In-depth knowledge of gas turbine main components and operating principles, preferably GT26 and GT36.
  • Field service experience in power stations is desirable.
  • Experience with the operation and maintenance of power stations is advantageous.
  • Proven project management skills, including focus, structure, organization, collaboration, and effective prioritization.
  • An analytical, result-driven, and proactive approach to work.
  • A communicative team player with intercultural competence and the ability to handle stress.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 10% of the time.
  • Fluent in English; additional knowledge of Italian, German, or French is a plus.
