We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager SERVICE (m/f) to become a core member of our service team.
Your Responsibilities
- Define the maintenance activities required to keep the power plant competitive and reliable throughout the duration of service contracts.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Coordinate specialists and engineering resources as needed.
- Actively contribute to resolving fleet and site-specific technical issues.
- Provide technical support during inspection execution.
- Ensure the completeness and correctness of delivered technical documentation.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical support processes.
- Support the improvement of the Service Engineering and Product management processes.
- Contribute to achieving EHS targets.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants.
- Knowledge of main components and operation principles of gas turbines, preferably GT26 and GT36.
- Desirable experience in field service and operation/maintenance of power stations.
- Proven project management skills, including focus, structure, organization, discipline, collaboration, and coordination.
- Analytical, result-driven, and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Stress-resilient with a willingness to travel up to 10% globally.
- Fluent in English; additional knowledge of Italian, German, or French is an asset.
