We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager SERVICE (m/f) to become a core member of our service team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define the maintenance activities required to keep the power plant competitive and reliable throughout the duration of service contracts.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
  • Coordinate specialists and engineering resources as needed.
  • Actively contribute to resolving fleet and site-specific technical issues.
  • Provide technical support during inspection execution.
  • Ensure the completeness and correctness of delivered technical documentation.
  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical support processes.
  • Support the improvement of the Service Engineering and Product management processes.
  • Contribute to achieving EHS targets.

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants.
  • Knowledge of main components and operation principles of gas turbines, preferably GT26 and GT36.
  • Desirable experience in field service and operation/maintenance of power stations.
  • Proven project management skills, including focus, structure, organization, discipline, collaboration, and coordination.
  • Analytical, result-driven, and proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Stress-resilient with a willingness to travel up to 10% globally.
  • Fluent in English; additional knowledge of Italian, German, or French is an asset.
