About Us

Your Role

We are seeking an individual to lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. You will collaborate with technical leads and the product team to translate new initiatives into robust project plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the execution of project plans through ongoing tracking of progress, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks.
  • Establishing a trustworthy rapport with stakeholders while holding them accountable for their committed deliverables.
  • Engaging in reviewing requirements or implementing simple technical solutions when necessary.
  • Contributing your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.

Your determination to deliver results is crucial as you work closely with our teams to ensure project commitments are met.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitments in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties, e.g., contractors and suppliers.
  • Delivery and certification experience in the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
  • BSc in a technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of common project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to synthesize diverse opinions into a shared goal.
  • Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
