We invite you to bring your expertise and experience to our team as a Technical Project Manager SERVICE (m/f). In this pivotal role, you will serve as a core member of the service team, providing essential technical inputs to ensure the reliability and competitiveness of our power plants throughout their service contracts.
Your Responsibilities
- Define maintenance activities for gas turbines, generators, steam turbines, and auxiliary systems across various inspections, overhauls, and upgrade projects in collaboration with dedicated service teams.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers.
- Coordinate involvement of specialists and engineering resources as necessary.
- Contribute to resolving fleet and site-specific technical issues.
- Provide technical support during execution of inspections.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of delivered technical documentation.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance planning and technical support processes.
- Support the improvement of Service Engineering and Product Management processes.
- Contribute to achieving EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) targets.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, erection, commissioning, or service of Combined Cycle power plants.
- In-depth knowledge of gas turbine components and operational principles, preferably GT26 and GT36.
- Experience in field service of power stations is desirable.
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance of power stations is a plus.
- Proven Project Management skills, including focus, organization, planning, collaboration, and effective negotiation capabilities.
- Analytical, result-driven, and proactive approach to work.
- Communicative team player with intercultural competence.
- Ability to withstand stress and occasional travel (up to 10%) globally.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Italian, German, or French is an asset.
