Your Role
As the project leader, you will plan and execute our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborate closely with technical leads and the product team to translate innovative initiatives into robust project plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the execution of project plans through vigilant tracking of progress.
- Managing dependencies and resolving roadblocks effectively.
- Establishing a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for their commitments.
- Providing hands-on support by reviewing requirements or implementing basic technical solutions when necessary.
- Contributing your expertise to enhance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.

Requirements
- Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, with a focus on financial and technical commitments in ambiguous situations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
- Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
- BSc in a technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of synthesizing strong opinions into a shared goal.
- A data-driven mindset complemented by a hands-on attitude.
