Your Role
As a project leader, you will oversee the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborate with technical leads and the product team to transform new initiatives into robust project plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the execution of project plans through continuous progress tracking.
- Managing dependencies and resolving roadblocks.
- Establishing a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while ensuring accountability for committed deliverables.
- Reviewing requirements and implementing simple technical solutions when necessary.
- Contributing your expertise to enhance the TPM practice and tools at Daedalean.

Requirements
- Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery under financial and technical commitments amidst ambiguity.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
- Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
- BSc in a technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
- Fine-tuned interpersonal skills to synthesize strong opinions into a shared goal.
- Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
